How to Stop Feeling Tired Instantly with Energy Healing Techniques

Let’s look at energy medicine exercises to help you fight fatigue daily:

Exercise #1: Massaging K-27 Points

Donna explains that K-27 are acupressure points corresponding to the kidney meridian. They are located right under your collarbone. When you massage your K-27 points, it instantly boosts your energy. This exercise is your answer to “how to stop feeling tired in the afternoon.”

How to do it:

  • Place your fingertips below your collarbone, just to the side of your breastbone. 
  • To get the points, deepen your breath to find a connection with your throat or chest.
  • Use your right hand to press K-27 on the right side of your chest and your left hand to press it on the left side. Or you can use your thumb on one side and your fingers on the other, holding both sides simultaneously.
  • Press firmly enough to feel the tightness or soreness. 
  • Hold for 2-3 minutes as you breathe slowly and deeply. 
  • Repeat 3-5 times daily, especially when you feel tired.

Exercise #2: The Crossover Shoulder Pull 

You have crossover patterns all over your body, in every cell of it, which is an indicator of good health on the energetic level.

For example, the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body and vice versa.

When your body needs to rest, heal, or regroup, it turns on a homolateral pattern, forcing you to slow down.

On the other hand, this brilliant evolutionary mechanism can become an established pattern, sapping your energy, productivity, and joy.

“If energy patterns don’t cross over but go up and down, you are losing 50% of your energy,” Donna adds.

So you want to learn a homolateral crossover repatterning technique that reprograms your brain into a healthy habit of crossing over the energies, and the Crossover Shoulder Pull is one of them.

How to do it:

  • Dig your fingers of the right hand into your left shoulder and pull it over to the opposite hip across your chest.
  • Repeat with the opposite hand and shoulder to create a crossover.
  • Apply firm pressure and breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
  • Repeat several times.
  • You can ask your partner to do this exercise on your back: they will pull their hand over to the opposite hip across your back and repeat with the opposite hand.

Exercise #3: The Neurolymphatic Clearing 

Your body has a natural waste removal system that clears toxins and stagnant energies. If it works properly, it releases them from the bloodstream, organs, and cells. You feel constantly tired when you accumulate too many toxins, including negative energy

Neurolymphatic (NL) reflex points are found primarily on the front and back of the torso, legs, and outer shoulders. 

When these points are stimulated, they help increase the flow of energy in meridians and release physical toxins. You can use them to balance the energy in the meridians and the corresponding organ systems.

Doing this daily is a potent way of helping the energies move through your entire body. 

How to do it:

  • Press on any of the points with solid pressure and make tiny circles with your thumb or finger (press/buzz): Kidney Meridian, the point between your arm and torso, on the side of the collar bone.
  • Press/buzz each point for about five seconds. Massage a few points each day.
  • Work tender points for several extra seconds.

Exercise #4: Spooning your feet

According to science, your body’s energies constantly interact with the energies of the Earth. 

Direct physical contact with it, known as grounding or earthing, has many benefits, including better sleep and reduced pain. But modern lifestyle separates us from such contact. 

Donna explains that we need to be grounded for the natural exchange between our complex energy system and the Earth. 

We are meant to be very connected to the Earth to draw the Earth’s energies up into our bodies. For this to happen, the body’s polarities must align with the Earth’s polarities.

Think of two magnets. If they are aligned, they attract one another and exchange energies. If they are not in the proper alignment, they repel one another. 

At the bottom of each foot is an energy vortex pulling energy from the Earth. Our feet can attune us to the rhythms of the Earth, and sometimes the connection between the feet and the Earth is blocked. 

Apart from walking barefoot on the grass, you can spoon your feet to energize your body and ground yourself when your polarities are off.

How to do it:

  • Take a stainless steel spoon.
  • Tap on your feet vigorously with the spoon before you go to bed.
