Vishen Explaining The 7 Sacred States
0

I’m writing this from a farmhouse just north of Bologna, where I’m traveling through Italy with several Mindvalley authors.

(Too much pasta. Zero regrets.)

Yesterday I promised you something special. Here it is.

For the past year, I’ve been quietly working on a new book. It’s called Unfuckwithable.

(Pardon the word. I tried to find a politer one. Nothing else captures it.)

It’s about a question that has obsessed me for twenty years:

Why do some people move through life like nothing can shake them — while the rest of us grind, push, chase… and still feel stuck?

I test my ideas through videos and speeches, and this particular video, “The Seven Sacred States,” has started to blow up on YouTube.

I wanted to release it free to all of you, my subscribers. Check it out on YouTube. I’ll listen to it as a podcast while you’re on the go.

The 7 Sacred States: How to Become Unfuckwithable (1-hour masterclass)

Inside this hour:

  1. Satori vs. Kensho — the two ways human beings awaken. One comes through pain. One doesn’t. (You get to choose.)
  2. The 7 states — Knowledge, Faith, Love, Stillness, Non-Attachment, Devotion, Receptivity — and why each one is built on the one before it
  3. What Julius Caesar understood about knowledge, what Rumi knew about stillness, and the story of Butch O’Hare that I can’t tell without getting chills
  4. The “No Big Deal” Method — my favorite tool for non-attachment (it works embarrassingly fast)

And at 28:30 — a guided meditation, so you don’t just learn the states.  You feel one.

But wait, isn’t this just meditation?

Here’s the paradigm shift hiding inside this video.

Most people meditate to feel calmer. More composed. A little less rattled by their inbox.

And that’s fine. But it’s also… small.

The masters who created these practices weren’t optimizing for calm.

The 7 Sacred States were designed for something far more interesting: To make you unstoppable

Steady when everything shakes.

Bold without the grasping.

A go-getter who doesn’t need the world’s permission or its approval.

Calm is a side effect.

The real destination is becoming unfuckwithable (Watch the video & comment).

That’s what this hour teaches.

I genuinely believe it’s some of the best work I’ve ever put out and it’s yours.

With fire (and too much espresso) from Italy,

PS: Some big news I’ve been waiting to share:

We just launched Mindvalley Meditationsover 1,000 meditations in one app, including the 6 Phase Meditation that millions of people around the world practice. It’s normally $99 a year, but until the end of this week you can get it for $79.

If the guided meditation at 28:30 in the video does something for you, this is the full library →
