Anodea Judith, Ph.D., is the go-to expert in energy healing. She has over 40 years of teaching experience, a Master’s in clinical psychology, and a doctorate in mind-body healing.

Anodea’s journey started when she was a single mother struggling with undiagnosed Lyme disease. It was during this time that she discovered the healing power of the chakra system, which dramatically improved her health and life.

This personal transformation inspired her to integrate Eastern and Western practices. That led to the creation of her Chakra Healing Quest on Mindvalley—a comprehensive, evidence-based course that helps people heal and unblock their chakras to improve their well-being.

Credentials

Anodea’s best-selling and award-winning books have gained worldwide recognition, with over a million in print and translated into 25 languages.

An expert speaker, Anodea’s exhilarating live workshops are highly sought after not only by students of energy healing but also by therapists, yoga teachers, and spiritual leaders.

She received a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Rosebridge Graduate School of Integrative Therapy in 1989 and a Ph.D. in health and human services from Columbia Pacific University in 1999.
