Last week in Amsterdam, I stood in front of 500+ coaches at the Supercoach Summit.
Some of the most brilliant, heart-driven people on the planet were in that room.
And someone asked me a question that made the whole room lean in:
“Vishen… how do I really go big?”
I shared this message live in Amsterdam:

If you prefer to read my full answer, here’s the exact transcript from the video for you—below:
Don’t see yourself as just a coach. See yourself as a movement builder.
What movement are you going to build?
Now, you don’t have to do this, but if you want to go big, you’ve got to figure out your movement.
My movement is not Mindvalley. My movement is unity. Mindvalley is simply the enabler of unity.
Unity consciousness means expanding a human being’s understanding of life so that they want to do good in the world.
And to do good in the world, you need to improve your personal power.
You need to get really good at, say, building a business or developing skills or becoming a teacher or becoming a healer.
But then, you’ve got to expand that to think about people outside your country, outside your religion, and outside your skin color, and see yourself as a citizen of planet Earth and help us heal this planet and heal humanity.
I’m fascinated by unity because I grew up on Star Trek. I’m fascinated by unity because I was once on the Muslim watch list.
And the reason I left America is because I had to report to the police every four weeks for a background check because of the color of my skin and the identity on my passport.
That’s why unity matters.
So I wasn’t trying to build a company. I was trying to build a movement around unity.
It’s why Mindvalley employees come from 60 countries.
It’s why our company is global. It’s why our authors come from all across the world. It’s why I can speak for Gaza. But this week, sign and promote an Israeli author.
It’s because unity is my highest value.
I’m building a movement for unity.
I believe the universe is gracious.
And if we’re doing something in alignment with the wish of a higher power or the universe, what will happen is we will be blessed.
Jose Silva said, “Whatever you want to visualize, see two or more people benefiting“.
He found that after training millions of people, the more people who benefit from your dream, the more likely your dream is to manifest.
So maybe you’re trying to serve one person.
Maybe you’re happy to serve five high-paying clients.
That’s great. You’re a good coach.
You want to break the ceiling? Go from coach to movement builder.
What is that that your soul wants you to give to the world as a movement?
Is it like that lady who started the kindness meetups and talks?
Is it me who created this company to achieve unity?
Is it something else? Is it women’s rights? Is it conscious parenting? Is it eating healthy?
Is it changing the narrative on food and medicine?
It doesn’t matter what it is.
Use your coaching as I did as a stepping stone for that ideal. Build a movement.
If you shift your identity from coach to movement builder, that is how you end up accidentally with an empire, and you make the world better.
If this sparked something in you, let me know in the comments and tell me what movement you want to build?
To your movement,
Vishen

I help people upgrade their self-worth, heal after heartbreak, and become unstoppable — so they stop settling, start honoring their value, and attract the life they deserve.
The movement I am creating is helping people heal from heartbreak
I want to start the Magnetic Masculinity Movement to empower all men to recreate what it means to be a man in their own personal, authentic alignment. I am a female who coaches men on Masculinity and created a blueprint for human thriving and unity consciousness while in silent contemplation for several years. I am too overwhelmed by all the tech and organizational skills needed to be of service at the level of impact I wish to create
I love this, Vishen. It is very aligned with my vision. My movement is World Transformation. I know that sounds grandiose, but I have distilled transformation down to the simplest process possible. I am convinced that World Transformation depends upon Individual Transformation, and it is critical that we make transformation available to every human, not just those who have surplus time and money. The reality is that most people are too busy just surviving to do all the expensive and time-consuming programs to “transform” their lives. What if one could shift their whole life – and, by extension, contribute to world transformation – with just one book and a few minutes a week? It sounds too easy, and it is sooo easy. I am building a movement around the beautifully simple practices in my book, Soul Primer, the Building Blocks of Happiness. This book is a whole system – a toolkit that works in homes, schools, communities, and businesses to involve everyone in the change we need to really turn our world around. One reader calls it “the new bible.” (although it is non-religious) and says it should be in every home. Please check it out at http://www.soul-primer.com Thank you! Let’s do this!
Just reading this brought me into tears. When I got into coaching I had a vision of a movement that so many women like me needed and I wanted to be their guide, show them the way and help them get there and take their power back but…. Everyone I hired to coach me and mentor me kept telling me I’m thinking to big. Niche down. Make the money and then think about the movement. For a long time I was sold the strategy until I felt delusional and kept trying to shrink down. I no longer am afraid of my movement. I am going big and 1 day I will thank you for this article live.
That is amazing! I completely agree with you not to shrink down and keep thinking big!
This is beautiful and resonated. Thank you.
Awesome Vishen! Could not agree more. Hope to see the world full of peace, happyness and abundance. This is very important now in the entire human evaluation as AI is raising.
Hey Vishen . I’m from Kenya and I love you so much . You really inspire me to do great and great, but the problem is that, I start working towards my goal then at some point am tired and I don’t wanna do anything anymore. I love your response on ‘how you go big’ and whatever step am taking next will be inspired by that .

Beautifully said!
This is perfect timing for me! I was working with my coach yesterday and we came up with the idea that I was a ‘thought leader’, serving a niche that isn’t currently served and wanting to support them – with a side order of getting paid to do it based on my own skills and experience! I support parents looking after children with chronic and invisible illness. Thinking I’m creating a movement is inspiring for me too 😊
Great post Vishen. I already have built 3 small scale business from the scratch in Property, Data consulting and IT CRM. My driver has been paying it forward to the less fortunate as most of my staff come from low socio economic backgrounds and I run a small but successful business. My Movement Builder is Inspiring people to give their best shot and do better regardless of the current setbacks and challenges. I came with limited funds as an international student and built my million dollar empire. If I can do it so can anyone….I would also like to create a movement for the overseas migrants , students or anyone who wants to be a an entrepreneur, a business owner /leader.
Hi – thanks Vishen for your help and your vision, you and Mindvalley give me hope for the future!
Just a quick question, do I have to become a coach? I already have a business and I’ve been following Mindvalley simply to grow as a person, as a soul, and a business owner (Italian restaurant and pizzeria+wine bar in Paris with my husband Gino!!) and then see where I’m going with that…is that still valid?
Sometimes I feel out of place and too down-to earth and basic to be part of all of this amazing world!!
Is Mindvalley only for those people who wish to “coach”?
Yes Thanku for such a beautiful and eye opening massage , and here I want to declare that I am Healer for the Humanity of all planets , really the Universe is such kind to us and that kindness and compassion we have to just share with each other by transforming our high peaceful energy to all whosover needs it will automatically take it and the energy of giver is in increasing trend again how much one share it will automatically not only duplicate or triplicate but I will say it increased by 100 times so that one can agin reach to share this high vibes to all around the planet , wow this is just Bulb On moment Vishen , Thanku so much for your massage 🙏
Be yourself, you are unik and your unikness is necessary for helping people to find their right path in their life.
I am building a community for women ages 55+ … I want them all to understand and appreciate that we all have the ability to reach higher levels of fulfillment … and it all depends on our mindset. And that we all have the gift of raising ourselves up collectively. I’m almost 72 years old, and I’m no where near being finished. http://www.RestingBitchFaceBoomer.com
Terri- Let’s talk! I network with a lot of women globally, whether they’re in business, stay at home moms or retired and living their next best chapter in their lives. And you touched on a point about empowerment, all about doubling down on that. My mother is almost 80 (shhhh… thank god she doesn’t read comments), we wrapped a 3 week tour in Scotland, Ireland and Iceland and already planning our adventures for 2026 🫶🏻🪄✨️
Right now, I’m focused on how we see and solve problems– especially around AI adoption, women empowerment, educational reform, and poverty alleviation.
1. Perspective matters. Whether it’s bias, misunderstanding, or fear – we can’t build trust without clarity.
2. Posture is power. It’s not just the problem – it’s how we show up to meet it.
3. Context drives compassion. You can’t fix what you haven’t fully seen.
I’m building solutions that blend:
i. Monetization
ii. Ministry & outreach, and
iii. Radical self-love
I especially love your #2: Posture is power . . . it’s how we show up to meet it. Excellent advice.
That’s great – the concept of movement
May divine shower blessings on you
I just completed Amplify with AI and then this landed in my inbox. The synchronicity is beautiful. Your message is beautiful. Thank you, thank you.
Thank you Vishen, I love this.
Soul Connected Living isn’t just a coaching practice.
It’s a movement — a ripple of transformation — rooted in the simple truth:
When we live in a way that makes us truly happy and alive, the world changes.
If I am happy,
If you are happy,
Why would we fight?
When we live from our hearts, we create more love, more peace, and more possibilities — not just for ourselves, but for everyone we touch.
This is more than personal growth.
It’s collective evolution.
