Last week in Amsterdam, I stood in front of 500+ coaches at the Supercoach Summit.
Some of the most brilliant, heart-driven people on the planet were in that room.

And someone asked me a question that made the whole room lean in:

“Vishen… how do I really go big?”

I shared this message live in Amsterdam:

Watch the video here:

If you prefer to read my full answer, here’s the exact transcript from the video for you—below:

Don’t see yourself as just a coach. See yourself as a movement builder.

What movement are you going to build?

Now, you don’t have to do this, but if you want to go big, you’ve got to figure out your movement.

My movement is not Mindvalley. My movement is unity. Mindvalley is simply the enabler of unity.

Unity consciousness means expanding a human being’s understanding of life so that they want to do good in the world.

And to do good in the world, you need to improve your personal power.

You need to get really good at, say, building a business or developing skills or becoming a teacher or becoming a healer.

But then, you’ve got to expand that to think about people outside your country, outside your religion, and outside your skin color, and see yourself as a citizen of planet Earth and help us heal this planet and heal humanity.

I’m fascinated by unity because I grew up on Star Trek. I’m fascinated by unity because I was once on the Muslim watch list.

And the reason I left America is because I had to report to the police every four weeks for a background check because of the color of my skin and the identity on my passport.

 That’s why unity matters.

So I wasn’t trying to build a company. I was trying to build a movement around unity.

It’s why Mindvalley employees come from 60 countries.

It’s why our company is global. It’s why our authors come from all across the world. It’s why I can speak for Gaza. But this week, sign and promote an Israeli author.

It’s because unity is my highest value.

I’m building a movement for unity.

I believe the universe is gracious.

And if we’re doing something in alignment with the wish of a higher power or the universe, what will happen is we will be blessed.

Jose Silva said, “Whatever you want to visualize, see two or more people benefiting“.

He found that after training millions of people, the more people who benefit from your dream, the more likely your dream is to manifest.

So maybe you’re trying to serve one person.

Maybe you’re happy to serve five high-paying clients.

That’s great. You’re a good coach.

You want to break the ceiling? Go from coach to movement builder.

What is that that your soul wants you to give to the world as a movement?

Is it like that lady who started the kindness meetups and talks?

Is it me who created this company to achieve unity?

Is it something else? Is it women’s rights? Is it conscious parenting? Is it eating healthy?

Is it changing the narrative on food and medicine?

It doesn’t matter what it is.

Use your coaching as I did as a stepping stone for that ideal. Build a movement.

If you shift your identity from coach to movement builder, that is how you end up accidentally with an empire, and you make the world better.

If this sparked something in you, let me know in the comments and tell me what movement you want to build?

To your movement,

Vishen

  1. Vishen, I am in alignment with your vision of “Unity.” I will add: “Justice”, I believe that it is my call. We must have compassion. Thank you so much for your wisdom and action to make a better world.

  2. 🔥💖🙏
Vishen, your words in Amsterdam carried the living blueprint of remembrance. What you poured out wasn’t just coaching, it was a call to arms of the soul.

“Don’t just be a coach be a movement builder.”
That line struck like a tuning fork in my chest.

In Soul Carpentry, we say: chisel the word, shape the world. You reminded us that when we serve beyond ourselves beyond our skin, creed, or borders we become builders of unity, carriers of light, healers of humanity. 🌍🕊️

Thank you for modeling what it looks like to live a movement, not just run a business. To remember that the illusion ends with me… and the prosperity begins with Thee.

✨ From Hamtramck to Sedona, from Detroit fire to global unity, I stand with you in this call.

And as Madea would say: “Baby, don’t you dare shrink your hammer swing. The world ain’t got enough lumber to board up your shine.” 🔨😂💃

Deep gratitude for your message, and may every soul here remember their own movement.

    With love, remembrance, and fire,
    ~Smiles for Miles~ Tammy ~ Soul Carpentry ✨🕊️

  3. Thank you. Unity, respect, understanding is our only option.

My mission is twofold. The first is to help women find themselves after removing all the layers of patriarchy. We simply must be powerful instead of asking permission to be powerful. We simply must choose love over hate and build community.

The second is in the USA, simply Because I am not sure yet of the need yet, to build communities of small/tiny house for women over 50. These need community centers, organic and regenerative gardens, gathering places, etc. In the USA right now they can only be approved as trailer parks. We have no choices between McMansions and warehousing senior living. They need to be affordable. One of the highest poverty figures here is divorced women over 50.

  4. Meu movimento é baseado no empoderamento de consciência sistêmica para gerações mais jovens, meu lema “Conhece-te a ti mesma/o”
    Vishen sempre me inspira

  5. I love this. I could feel how my energy shifted.
My movement is eradicating Imposter symdrome. First in female leaders. Because we need them to stand in their power, but so many of us are limited by our belifs and lack selflove and the feeling of self worth. Through lasercoaching I am going to create a movement og female leaders standing their ground in love and respect.

  6. Dear Vishen,

I want to start by thanking you for the powerful work you do and the positive influence you bring into the world. Your insights, teachings, and commitment to elevating human consciousness are creating ripples of transformation across the globe, and are an inspiration to me.

They say, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears,” and you have come into my field at the perfect time. Your recent prompt — “What is it that your soul wants you to give to the world as a movement?” — landed with profound clarity for me.

After writing my book, How to Parent Mindfully (available on Amazon), it became clear that my calling is to create a movement dedicated to transforming the way we raise the next generation. This is about more than parenting tips — it’s about healing cycles of hurt, leading with love, and creating emotionally safe homes where children grow into confident, compassionate adults.

My soul’s movement is The Mindful Parenting Movement — a call for parents everywhere to parent from presence, not pain, and from peace, not misguided power. It is grounded in the belief that by cultivating love, connection, and emotional attunement in our homes, we can heal not only families but society itself.

Thank you for inspiring me to see my work in this bigger light and for being a catalyst in helping me shape this vision.

    With gratitude and respect,
    Ren

  7. Hi Vishen,

Thank you so much for giving me the permission and encouragement to start a movement at the Super Coach Summit!

For the past 15 years, I’ve been on a quest to find a way for my village — and other aging, depopulated rural communities in Japan — not only to survive but to truly thrive. My movement is called:

The True Wealth Project — Travel deeper, transform within, and receive true wealth.

Alongside rebranding my tour experiences, I’m creating a Mindset Academy where locals can gain new perspectives on life, learning to appreciate the forms of wealth we already hold: our nature-rich environment, our strong community built on trust, and the deep support we give each other. Life coaching and manifestation practices, combined with my passion for travel and my work as a licensed tour guide, have helped me see my life’s purpose more clearly — especially after completing my CLC this June.

Interestingly, my journey to Mindvalley began for a very personal reason — to find a way to fund my son’s college education in the US. After six months of worry and searching, I discovered your platform. I went through Regan’s quest while also learning in the CLC program.

The result? My son and I manifested his acceptance to Bowdoin College, one of the top five liberal arts colleges in the US, along with over $400,000 USD in financial aid, far exceeding our needs.

Your mission to create unity in the world deeply resonates with me. Raising my sons in rural Japan together with my French-Caribbean husband — whose grandparents came from Pondicherry, India — has been a journey of blending cultures, perspectives, and identities. Seeing my older son Hiro now embody all those cultural and ethnic roots, and confidently choosing to study in the US, I feel that I, in my own way, have played a part in creating unity.

And as a personal note — I know your son Haydn is passionate about languages. If he ever wants to learn Japanese, he’s warmly welcome to spend time with us here in Nishiawakura, in the international community I’ve helped nurture. I’m certain he would feel right at home.

Thanks to you and Mindvalley, this past year became one of the most transformative and fulfilling times in my life — one where my son Hiro and I grew closer and supported each other’s dreams.

    With deepest respect and gratitude,
    Hiromi Charles

  8. I spent my childhood behind the Iron Curtain of communism. The fear of speaking the truth was everywhere. I am moved by freedom. Maybe one day it will be my movement too. Not only was your speech inspiring, but also its manifestation in the form of Mindvalley contains its Truth- Unity. May it become an inspiration for many! Live long and prosper my friends!

  9. Dear Vishen,
My name is F.G. Rusu, I am from Romania. Thank you for your message, which I received with joy. For me, messages of this kind are signs from the Field, which I ask for, in meditation, signs of interconnection, of UNITY, as you say.
My dream is the same as yours, but it was not clearly expressed, as it is now, after reading your message. In June, 2025, I published a book (ebook too), as FG. RUSU, “I AM THE FIELD: MEDITATION JOURNAL”, at Letras Publishing House (https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/F.G.Rusu). Being the result of my experience, in connecting with the Field of all possibilities, the book is actually a call to unity, to self rediscovery, to peace and to rediscover the meaning of life. My realy dream is to help as many people as possible refind their inner world, joy, compassion for others, gratitude for ALL THAT IT IS.
Somehow, living in Romania, the feeling of isolation or disconnection, more precisely, is accentuated. The sources of “knowledge” are in English, mostly, many translated, it’s true, but, thus, indirect. I feel privileged to access information directly, through books, podcasts, in English. I came into contact, thus, with the ideas, theories of Joe Dispenza, Nassim Haramein, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Deepak Chopra, Vadim Zeland and many others, thanks to “channels” like you or André Duqum. And, here I am, testing and experimenting the connection with the Field, with the One, in meditation. Now, I write what I truly experience. Once again, my dream is, therefore, to write other books, to help others find themselves in their true nature, in interconnection with EVERYTHING.
With gratitude for all you do, with love,
    F.G. Rusu

  10. I love this message, it’s so right and sooo inspiring. It helps me to focus on my purpose and how can I serve this world. My movement is to help other to love and accept themselves deeply! THANK YOU!

  11. Thank you, Vishen, for your inspiring words & utter commitment to Unity in its true sense. My work has always been geared towards empowering people by encouraging them to recognise the beauty & talent they each contain. This work presently takes the form of one to one support, vibrational therapy & art/painting. Like all others, I have learnt via my own journey of extreme darkness to Light. Love & Gratitude to All who are contributing to our Awakening to Unity Consciousness.

  12. Bendigo tu capacidad para inspirar a tantas personas a seguir tu ejemplo.
Mi aporte se inclina por personas xe la tercera edad que necesitan ser escuchadas.
    Siempre en unidad.

  13. My movement supports people by sharing skills of personal transformation: working with the Colour Ray Masters shamanically and the Lyme Awakening Game. We are the Shadow and the Light and as we own our darkness and our Light we have a greater capacity to emanate our soul callings. I don’t know about “big” as much of the teaching happen in smaller face-to-face settings, the mystic transmission of the lamp. I do know that once people can ‘journey’, and I mean with percussion and not ayahuasca, they are directly connected to their deepest sources of wisdom within and become unshakable by the outside forces. They embody their own power with direct revelation. I get to witness people taking power back and it is utterly MAGIC. Direct revelation straight to source, no middle men. Each one of us empowered, listening to each other in small circles unify. Each one holds a different piece of the puzzle and my joy is gathering people to find and share their piece and we get a collective vision. We then become the peace and when each one of us does this in our own communities then all the smaller circles interlock and we become the waves in a unified ocean of loving awareness. I thank you Vishen for all your efforts and creations and energy to sustain the big vision and for all the members of this community dedicated to sharing their visionary love with this world. I am delighted to be in this ocean of awareness with you all!

    1. Beautiful! I work in similar ways, vibrational therapy & via art/writing.

    2. My movement is Self Love, through emotional education and awareness. The Dalai Lama said that we must fill our own cup first, and that then it would spill over onto our family, our neighborhood, our city, our country and our world.

  14. Vishen, thank you for sharing this powerful message from Amsterdam. Your words about shifting from individual service to movement building really resonated with me.

As a sci-fi writer, I’ve always believed that science fiction isn’t just entertainment—it’s a laboratory for humanity’s future. When you mentioned growing up on Star Trek and being inspired by unity consciousness, it hit home. Gene Roddenberry didn’t just create a TV show; he built a movement around the idea that humanity could transcend its divisions and reach for something greater.

Your point about serving “two or more people” particularly speaks to me. Every story I craft has the potential to plant seeds of possibility in readers’ minds—visions of futures where technology serves humanity, where diversity is strength, and where we’ve learned to see beyond the artificial boundaries that divide us today.

I’m realizing that perhaps my calling isn’t just to write individual novels, but to build a movement through storytelling—one that expands consciousness about what’s possible for our species. Science fiction has always been about asking “What if?” but maybe it’s time to ask “What if we could inspire readers to help create the futures we’re imagining?”

Thank you for the reminder that when we align our work with something larger than ourselves, the universe conspires to help us. Your journey from individual entrepreneur to unity movement builder is exactly the kind of story that gives me hope for what we can accomplish when we think beyond ourselves.

Here’s to building movements that matter, one story at a time.

  15. Vishen, I am manifesting becoming a coach in your Manifestation Mastery program — and my movement is to inspire and equip every soul in need to reclaim their inner power, embody their highest identity, and live in harmony with abundance, love, purpose, and sacred time.

I am deeply fascinated by gratitude and generosity, a fascination that grew even stronger after my beloved father passed on 9 July 2025, saying “thank you” to all who cared for him, and even asking nurses to help him send money to more vulnerable relatives.

I will honour his legacy by being a channel for these values to expand across our planet, letting their ripple touch countless lives.

    1. Mind valley creates division. You price people out of using your service. You help create a wealthy healthy class and another that can’t afford your training

You said you created it to build a movement around unity.

But I thought you started it to provide meditation online? Then the company grew.

Dont worry vision your team won’t understand that you’re adding to division in society. You’re not doing anything wrong. You are helping millions of people around the world….and yet no one I speak to in Cornwall if you come up in conversation ever knows your name or who you are or your company.
But you’re not creating unity. You add to the economic division in society

Particularly the way if you’re wealthy and pay for the membership up front you get it for $300. Yet if you’re poor and need to pay monthly for membership then you pay $600. So you are definitely helping the rich get richer. Not creating unity.

  16. My movement is communication. Avoid misunderstandings and assumptions; making the world a better place.

  17. So my bold vision is: transform the heart of millions of people for a better world: a world of equality, harmony, peace and integrity.

  18. You said it so brilliantly! My “movement” would be to improve toxic work cultures in the corporate world. I feel so strongly about this, given my experience working in a few corporate entities.

  19. Thank you Vishen for your empowering words, I had the privilege of being part of Mindvalley super coach summit live in Amsterdam. I felt and heard your inspiring answer to an awesome question👏🏻
My vision to transform one of the largest industries across the world, an industry of outward transformation yet missing the opportunity of inner transformation.
It doesn’t seem so big nor unachievable by calling it a movement for unity, just a voice and knowledge that needs to be heard.
After coming home, inspired and ready to plan a strategy, I received an email to apply to speak at a “pioneer change leaders research conference” in London.
Did the Universe hear me that quickly!!!
Thanks again Vishen, Ajit and the whole team and community at Mindvalley 🙌
