3 Things To Know Before You Start Your Yoga Challenge

  1. Know what you are getting into! Read the challenge carefully and decide if it would be a good fit for you. Many of the challenges are inappropriate for beginners or people with injury concerns.
  2. Don’t let the camera make you forget to take care of yourself! People have been injured trying to pose for the camera! Fortunately, not all yoga challenges require you to take a photo of yourself. The Zenward challenges do not require you to take photos.
  3. Know your own body!  Don’t be afraid to adjust a position or practice, skip days that don’t work for you, go at your own pace – or drop out if you signed up for the wrong challenge.
