Sugar is the culprit for a large number of our modern health problems. It can cause depression, fatigue, and obesity, it makes us age faster, it damages our sex drive, and the list goes all the way to the risk of cancer.

- dairy desserts (6.1%)
- and candy (5.8%)
And what most people don’t know is that this addiction doesn’t just come from an occasional piece of cake. It comes from food with a hidden sugar content we don’t even know about.
