BlinkList adds thought cloud for blogs 7

Today we rolled out an exciting new feature on BlinkList that is the BlinkList thought (tag) cloud for your blog.

What is it?

Just look at the top right of this blog and you will see the latest tags that I have been using on BlinkList. In a way, this cloud represents what I have been thinking about, which is why we call it a 'thought cloud.' You can click on any of these tags to see the links that I have been blinking under those tags.

How do I get my own cloud?

Very easy, just go to our help section and click on 'Thought cloud for Blogs' under '5 blogging tools.'

Over the coming weeks, we will add lots of improvements such as:
- Giving you the ability to customize the colors
- Giving you the ability to determine how many tags to show
- Giving you the ability to display either the most popular tags (a regular tag cloud) or the most recent tags (a thought cloud).

Other ideas and requests? Please let us know.

Mike

That's awesome! Just the kind of stuff I love to stick on my blog's sidebar. Check it out: http://www.jpeek.net/blog/

I don't have a hosted blog, but a Wordpress one. Can I do this too? Just making a link with the url, doesn't do the trick.

I use wordpress, just use the whole script tag and it'll work.

Mike, any way to get a version without the blinklist logo in it? Or at least one with a transparent logo in it?

Previously, if you tried to blink a site you'd done before, it was obvious since the "tag" info would already be in place and you'd know that link was added before. Now today i noticed it's no longer doing that, which means many doubles down the road. Any way to avoid this?
