While Hani and I were in Amsterdam filming a seminar, we had a chance to catch up from some former MindValley employees who were now living in Holland and Germany.  I love the fact that people in this company get along with each so well that even years after leaving (two of the people we met left in 2005) we still stay in touch.

It was an awesome night!

In another effort to create further openess and visibility within our company we got about half our team on Twitter and then took a page out of Zappos employee culture book and setup a site that shows all Tweets from everyone at MindValley.

Wondering what's the latest blog post on FinerMinds? Or what Marney ate for lunch? Or Wu Han's latest parenting story? Vishen's latest travel adventure? Or when Mike's baby is due? (answer : in 3 weeks!).

Now it's all in one place (not that you'd really care).
