For all users with special characters in their blinks, you might consider adding a comment that the generated csv-file is utf8-encoded. The user has to select the correct encoding during the import process in Excel / Open Office, otherwise all special characters get messed up.

@Jiagti: If you send the correct MIME-type "text/csv" with the file, the user can left-click on the link to download.</description>
